Who we are

ShowerLoo is operated by IBT CONST PLANR PVT LTD, a company registered in India (GSTIN 36AAHCI6505L1ZB). “We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means anyone who uses the site, as a guest or as a host.

What ShowerLoo does

We list washrooms and showers that hosts have made available, and we let you book a slot at one. We are a booking platform. We do not own, operate, clean, or inspect the facilities listed. The host is responsible for the facility.

Booking a slot

You book by choosing a slot and confirming your phone number with a one-time code. A booking is for one person and one slot unless the listing says otherwise. Arrive within your slot. If you arrive outside it, the host may turn you away and the slot is treated as used.

Paying

The guest pays the host directly on arrival. ShowerLoo does not collect or hold payment. Prices shown on a listing are the host’s price and include any taxes the host is liable for. If we introduce online payment we will update these terms and the cancellation page before it goes live.

What we ask of you

Use the facility as you would a stranger’s bathroom. Leave it as you found it. Do not bring anyone who has not booked. Do not photograph or record inside a facility. Do not use a facility for anything other than washing.

You are responsible for damage you cause. A host may raise a damage claim through us, and we will ask you both for an account of what happened.

What we ask of hosts

Hosts are covered by the host terms, which form part of this agreement.

Suspending an account

We may suspend or remove an account, listing, or booking without notice if we believe there is a safety risk, a false listing, harassment, or repeated damage. We will tell you why, unless telling you would create a risk to someone.

Limits on our liability

We are not liable for the condition of a facility, for a host cancelling, or for anything that happens between a guest and a host. Where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law, it is limited to the value of the booking in question.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects how bookings or money work, we will say so on this page and date it. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
