Listing a washroom
You may only list a facility you own or have the owner’s written permission to list. Your listing must describe what is actually there. Photographs must be of the facility itself, taken within the last six months.
What you are responsible for
- The facility is clean at the start of every slot, with running water, working drainage, light, and a door that locks from the inside.
- The facility is safe. Electrical fittings, hot water, and flooring must not put a guest at risk.
- Access is what your listing says it is. If a guest must pass through a shop, a gate, or a family area, say so in the listing.
- You comply with local rules on water use, sanitation, and building use, and with any society or landlord permission you need.
Guests
Accept or decline a booking within the window shown on your dashboard. Once accepted, hold the slot. Do not enter the facility while a guest is using it. Do not photograph or record a guest. Do not contact a guest for anything other than their booking.
Getting paid
Today you collect the guest’s payment directly, in cash or by UPI, and you keep all of it. ShowerLoo charges you nothing at present. If we introduce online payment and a platform fee, we will tell you the fee and the settlement timeline before it applies to your listings, and you can delist.
You are responsible for your own tax on what you earn.
Damage
If a guest damages your facility, raise it from your dashboard within 24 hours with photographs. We will ask both of you what happened and decide within one working day. We can block a guest from booking with you again. We do not insure your facility and we do not pay for damage.
Removing a listing
You can unlist at any time. Bookings already accepted must be honoured.
We can remove a listing without notice for a safety risk, a facility that is not as described, or a complaint about how a guest was treated.
